Scrapbooking Ideas and solutions - decorate the edges - part 1

Scrapbooking ideas now and solutions, I would like to discuss the different ways that can decorate the edges of the pages or the floor mats or pictures. These are often overlooked areas of the page, but you can add a decorative border to the general appeal of its design. It could subtly frame something, draw attention to something, or simply add decorations using these techniques.

Punching:
Punching is a way of decorating the edges of the page. There are many different types of available hits, and some of them specially designed with alignment guides to help you create a pattern even and continuous or edge for pages. Blows most have a limited scope, what makes this ideal for creating borders for pages.

When using a continuous punch with a repeated design, maintaining the continuous pattern on your page using the alignment of part of the pattern of punch with holes already drilled in its design. Repeat this process until the entire area is punched. Border specialty shots usually remove a strip of paper from the edge as it is punched. Always practice on some scrap paper first. If spaced evenly perforated motifs, align the edge of the stroke with the same point in each form previously drilled.

Court:
Scissors-shaped leaves are an excellent investment for your kit and come in many designs. This is a method faster to decorate the edges of the pages or mats. The use scissors, fully open to cut, but does not close completely, the blades and realigned the pattern in the modules in the form and cut again until that cutting the edge.

Breakdown:
Tearing is a great way to quickly add some character to your scrapbooking scheme. You can find quite dramatic if you are using a core color card white when showing. Practice the tear in the first place, as the direction of the grain's role will influence the way in which the paper tearing.

If you need a straight tear, cut against a ruler. Establishing the rule of 1 cm from the existing edge of the page and hold firmly while tear small sections at the same time.

Thicker paper could try to tear with water. Lay your ruler steel down 1 cm from the existing edge and dip a brush of the fine art artists clean water. Paint a line of water at the edge of the rule and fairly wet paper to make the water soaked through to the back. Tear gently along the wet paper by pulling the edge away sideways. Tear a small sections at a time and throw the paper fibers while working.

In part 2, try coloration, drill and seams at the edges of your paper.
